After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition which has been filed for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No.435 of 2022 under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.5, Lucknow and seeks liberty to file an appropriate application before the Family Court itself. 3.
