GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 herein in calling the the petitioners to the police station at the behest of unofficial respondent No. 5 to 8 herein and threatening them to compromise the matters in favour of the unofficial respondent Nos. 5 to 8 during the pendency of the Second Appeals i.e., S.A.No. 799 and 800 of 2012 before this Hontle Court as well as suits O.S.No. 428/2014 on the file of the II Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, O.S.No. 282 of 2014 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, suit O.S.No. 70/2017 on the file of the VI Addl. District Judge, Kurnool, otherwise threatening to implicate in false criminal cases and thereby causing interference in the civil disputes, as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes in any manner, and to grant……” 2.
