Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.100 of 2025, under Section 85, 80(2), 238A, 351(3), 103(1) BNS & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Hardattanagar Girant, District Shrawasti. 3. The FIR in question was lodged alleging that sister of the informant was married to son of the applicant and was subsequently, killed on account of demand of dowry. The cause of death could not be ascertained as per the postmortem report. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the fact that the applicant is a lady aged about 70 years and is in custody since 18.05.2025 having no criminal antecedent, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail solely on the ground of old age. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Sagira be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on her furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Farhan Shaikh, Iqbal Ahmad Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sagira .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) which she is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
