Now considering submission that the I.A.No.1518 of 2024 could not be heard by the Debts Recovery 2 Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to maintain Status-quo till Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam considers the I.A.No.1518 of 2024 on merits within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
