Heard learned counsel for the applicant as also the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The applicant has filed this application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 343 of 2025 under Sections 115(2)/191(2)/191(3)/109(1) B.N.S., Police Station Gurubuxganj, District Raebareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of no injury. A general allegation of beating and exhortation has been assigned to the applicant. The applicant has no criminal history and is in jail since 27.10.2025. It is further submitted that co-accused Dheeraj Kori, against whom similar allegations have been made, has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.12.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 11709 of 2025. The applicant, therefore, seeks parity with the bail order of the co-accused Dheeraj Kori. 4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail, but he could not dispute the facts stated above. 5. On due consideration of the fact that no one has sustained any injury from the complainant’s side; the co-accused has already Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Pravin Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Shravan Yadav Alias Virat Yadav .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko .....Opposite Party(s) been granted bail; the applicant is in jail since 27.10.2025; and only a general role has been assigned to the present applicant, I am of the view that it is a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail. 6. The application is accordingly allowed. 7. Let the applicant Shravan Yadav @ Virat Yadav be released on bail in the aforesaid F.I.R./Case Crime number on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, on the following conditions: (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court, unless his appearance is exempted by the learned trial court.
