Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 303 ( 2 ), 318 ( 4 ), 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Himanshu Thakur alleged that on 25.10.2024, Rs. 2,85,000/- was fraudulently withdrawn through RTGS from his agency’s account (held at Bihar Gramin Bank , Ojha Bazar ). It is further alleged upon inquiry it transpired that this petitioner who is Bank Manager of Ojha Gramin Bank and other co-accused persons have illegally withdrawn the amount. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11115 of 2025(4) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
