This is a Public Interest Litigation by one Firasat Husain Gama, Uttar Pradesh Sachiv, Samajwadi Party seeking the following relief:- "i. Issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to provide National Security Guard (N.S.G.) security to the President of Samajwadi Party, Sri Akhilesh Yadav to protect his life and provide him security, in the interest of justice." 3. The person for whom security is being sought has not come to the Court. It being so, we fail to understand as to how the petitioner can maintain these proceedings that too as a public interest litigation. This writ petition can not be entertained.
