Civil Writ Petition No.27034/2018, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 09.04.2024. 2. Counsel for applicant states that in the main writ petition, service of notices upon respondents 1 and 2- PH&E Department, were affected, however the writ petition came to be dismissed on [2025:RJ-JP:2949] (2 of 2) [WRES-577/2024] account of not filing PF & notices of respondents No.3 to 5, who are none but the Officiating Officers of the PH&E Department. 3. Taking into consideration the contentions of counsel for applicant and the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
