With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage.

Petitioner is serving as Junior Engineer, Electrical Section Udaipur-II, Electrical Sub Division Udaipur, HPSEBL Keylong, District Lahaul and Spiti, H.P. His case is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid place of posting, which falls under hard & tribal area, he preferred a representation on 02.05.2025 (Annexure

2 P-2) seeking transfer to soft area of his choice, however, the said representation has not been considered and decided till date by the respondents/competent authority.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
