Heard Mr. J. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned CGC, Mr. G. Sharma, learned Standing Counsel for the FT matters, Mr. M. Islam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A. I. Ali, learned Standing Counsel for ECI and Mr. P. Sarmah, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the State. 2. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant is seeking correction of typographical error which has been crept up in paragraph-2 of the order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C)/4934/2025. 3. It is submitted that in paragraph-2 of the said order, the date of opinion is mentioned as 22.02.2024 which is ought to have been 21.03.2022. Page No.# 3/3
4. In view of the typographical error which has been pointed out, this Court is inclined to allow the interlocutory application and henceforth in paragraph-2 of the order dated 29.08.2024, the date of opinion mentioned as 22.02.2024 shall be read as opinion dated 21.03.2022 without requiring any other corrections to be made in the order. 5. In view of above, this order shall be read together with the order dated 29.08.2025 passed in WP(C) /4934/2025. 6. The applicant shall cause production of a certified copy of the order before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Kamrup at Amingaon to bring the order to the notice of the said authority. 7. This interlocutory application stands disposed of.
