02 / 07.08.2025 Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.
2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025.
3. The petitioner and another accused person had sold a piece of land to the informant and another person and had taken an amount of Rs.12 lacs. The mutation was rejected as the land was disputed. Despite demanding return of the money, the petitioner and another accused was still sitting tight over the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations reveal a civil dispute. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since
06.05.2025.
5. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents.

Regard being had to the nature of offence which seems to reflect a civil dispute between the parties, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Pithoria P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025.
