Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length is not pressing the petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jaipur (for short ‘DRT’). Further prayer is that the DRT be directed to take up the stay application at the earliest, as the auction date is already fixed for 16.01.2025. 2. The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 3. In the eventuality of petitioner after filing the Securitization Application along-with the stay application and making a request before the DRT for expeditious hearing of the stay application, the same would be considered in accordance with law taking into account that the auction is fixed for 16.01.2025.
