This application has been filed seeking quashing of the charge sheet dated 30.08.2005 as well as cognizance order dated 05.12.2005 passed in S.T. No. 398 of 2017 arising out of Case Crime No. 160A of 2005, under Sections 307, 506, 504, 323 I.P.C., P.S. Lalganj, District Pratapgarh, on the basis of compromise dated 17.09.2025. 2. Shri Arun Kumar Verma, learned A.G.A., at the outset, points out that there are 4 applicants, namely, Shitla Prasad Dwivedi, Ram Lakhan Dubey, Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi s/o Sukhdev Prasad Dwivedi and Anil Kumar s/o Ram Lakhan, but in the compromise dated 17.09.2025, which is annexed at page 46 of the application as Annexure 5, names of only 3 applicants, namely, Shitla Prasad Dwivedi, Ram Lakhan Dubey and Anil Kumar Dwivedi are mentioned. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the application. 4. Prayer made is allowed. 5. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Registry is directed to hand over the original copy of the compromise to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining photocopy of the same.
