Despite service of notice, none appeared on behalf of the aforesaid proposed respondent No. 3. After hearing the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that impleadment of Smt. Hidangmayum Diana Devi as respondent No. 3 in the above mentioned contempt case is necessary. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
