At the very outset, learned AGA has drawn attention of this Court towards paragraph no. 17, wherein, one fact has been disclosed that the present petitioner has filed Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2830 of 2025, which is pending before the learned Additional Judge-Ist, Hardoi. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned AGA, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending any longer, therefore, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage, having expectation from the learned Sessions Court to decide the anticipatory bail application with expedition, strictly in accordance with law.
