In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondent No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned first information report lodged in FIR no. 30/2024, under section - 498 A, 323, 354, 377, 406, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act at Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Lucknow. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby restraining the opposite party no. 2 & 3 from making arrest of the petitioners in FIR no. 30/2024, under section - 498 A, 323, 354, 377, 406, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act at Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Lucknow, during the pendency of the writ petition." 4. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has informed that in the present case, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 21.05.2025. 5.
