ORAL ORDER
1. This petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a writ of mandamus to the respondents to answer the six important questions raised by the petitioner as per Annexure-A and grant all consequential benefits. (b) Issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the interest of justice and equity, including the award of costs of this writ petition.
2. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application for certain information has been filed under Right to Information Act, 2005 before the Election Commission of India. Finally, the Central Information Commission in Second Appeal vide order dated 07.12.2015 had directed the CPIO of the Election Commission of India to provide authenticated copy of the expenditure statement of BJP for the Lok Sabha Election of the year 2014.
3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the entire details are not furnished and only partial details have been furnished. If that be so, it is for the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate Forum. The

petitioner seeking for a mandamus to again re-agitate the questions or information as sought for in the present petition, is not maintainable.
4. Writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Forum.
