The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 108/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 451/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 308(2), 308(3), 308(4), 352 & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Shruti Soren, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class- XI, Ranchi. 3. On 28.10.2024, levy was demanded from the informant on letter head of PLFI, which is banned naxal organization. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confession of accused who has been remanded in another case. 5. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
