The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chas (Mahila) P.S. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the promise to marry her. Later on, he refused to marry her. The prosecutrix is a married lady. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
