Heard Shri Ashutosh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Shri Vipul Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-opposite parties no.1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.08.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0167 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 324(5), 74, 76 and 309(4) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Baghrai, District Pratapgarh. 4. Shri Vipul Singh, learned A.G.A. has provided a copy of the instructions letter dated 16.10.2025, the same is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in the Court. 6. In the wake of aforesaid developments, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Therefore, the present petition is consigned to record. 7.
