Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 3, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 4 and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to declare the final list of the selected applicants of the Assistant Teacher Science and Math's Recruitment 2013, on the basis of letter dated 01.07.2014 issued by Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Basic Shiksha Parishad Allahabad annexed as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 and he may be directed to consider & decide the same, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioners are permitted to move a fresh representation within period of 15 days, and if such representation is moved within aforesaid Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pramod Kumar Pandey, Avadhesh Kumar Jayswal, Sanjay Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ran Vijay Singh Brijesh Kumar Shukla And 6 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad is hereby directed to consider and decide the same, within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law, from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
