The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simdega (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024, S.T. Case No.88 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10975/2024, by order dated 28.03.2025. Petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. Initially, the complaint case was registered and thereafter, the police case was instituted. It was submitted that the complaint case has been instituted after ten months from the date of occurrence. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega, in connection with Simdega (Mahila) P.S.
