In view of the order proposed to be passed, the notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties not to harass, threaten and illegally interference in peaceful life of the petitioner. 4. Ms. Meera Tripathi, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a copy of instructions letter dated 31.10.2025 provided by Sri Girish Lal, Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Laliya, District-Balrampur addressing to the learned Government Advocate, High Court, Lucknow, which is taken on record. 5. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the parties are willing to enter into compromise, therefore, he has requested that he may be permitted to not press this writ petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such. 6. Considering the aforesaid request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed being not pressed at this stage.
