Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Gaurav Joshi, holding brief of Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "i. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the salary to the petitioners for the post of head Master and to pay the arrears of the salary from the date they are working as Incharge head Master within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a similar matter, this Court has passed an order on 21.8.2025 in Writ-A No.9366 of 2025. The petitioners are also claiming benefit of the said order. The petitioners have already moved a representation in this regard on 20.8.2025 before respondent no.4. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents has no objection in case the benefit of the order dated 21.8.2025 passed in Writ-A No.9366 of 2025 is extended to the present petitioners. 5. In view thereof, the benefit of the order dated 21.8.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.9366 of 2025 is extended to the present petitioners. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider the claim of the petitioners for being given the salary of the post of Head Master- Incharge in accordance with law and the relevant Rules as well as the Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board and others vs. Tripurari Dubey and others: 2025:AHC:67382-DB (Special Appeal No.652 of 2024), which consideration would be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified coy of this order.
