(Oral) By way of instant petition, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for execution of order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.11589 of 2025, titled as Surender Kumar Vs. HRTC and Another, whereby direction came to be issued to respondents to ensure that sum of 1,02,680/- is paid to the ₹ petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within two weeks, failing which he would be entitled to interest @ 6% per annum from the date afore amount fell due till its realisation. 2. Since despite there being aforesaid order, amount, as detailed hereinabove, has not been paid, petitioner is compelled to approach this Court in the instant proceedings. 2 3. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. Vinod K. Gupta, Advocate, states that he has instructions to that state that amount, ordered to be paid to the petitioner vide order dated 29.07.2025, shall be paid expeditiously within a period of three weeks. 4. In view of aforesaid undertaking given by learned counsel representing respondents, this Court sees no reason to keep the present petition alive and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that sum of 1,02,680/- along with up-to-date interest, as has been ordered to ₹ be paid vide order dated 29.07.2025, is paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
