On 17.09.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it was ordered that replication, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing, however, it was made clear that no request for further adjournment for filing replication shall be entertained. Thereafter, on the next date of hearing i.e. on 17.03.2025, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned.
