It has been vehemently objected by the learned State counsel that this petition is not maintainable as for individual right separate revenue cases have been registered for each of the petitioner, however, without considering the nature of the same, joint 3 petitions have been filed which is not maintainable. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file separate petition raising individual grievances of the concerned petitioners. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law. 4. However, looking to the fact that the order in respect of demolition has been passed by the concerned Tehsildar, as such, only for three days, the concerned authority i.e. the Tehsildar, Balrampur is directed not to demolish the superstructure of the petitioner.
