Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State. 3. The case of the prosecution is that the de-facfo complainant has made complaint against the accused No.1 that she has induced the de-facfo complainant and acquaintance has developed between them and she has started extracting money from him and further blackmailed him with the intimate photos of the de-facfo complainant and the accused No.1. Further alleged that accused No.1 had induced the de-facfo complainant hall to marry her, prevented him from visiting his parents and confined him in locked premises and administered intoxicating substances. It is further stated that he thus unable to bare L\- the torture meted out to him and approached the Police and lodged a complaint against accused No.1. During the course of investigation, from the call data of the petitioner with the accused No.1, the Police have implicated the petitioner as accused No.3 in the subject crime. 4. lt is contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the subject case and intact he himself is a victim in the hands of the accused No.1. She had induced him to transfer certain sums from time to time which are around =-EL Rs.7,00,000/- and it is further Stated that the Petitioner iS nO Way < --`- ---`--, - ; --I I- COnneCted With the alleged offence alleged to have been committed against the de+acfo complainant. lt is further stated that the petitioner is a chronic heart patient and requires constant medical treatment and thus urges for enlargement on bail by imposing any conditions. lt is further argued that the accused No.1 has already been enlarged on baI'I v,'de order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.8542 of 2024, on 09.12.2024. ln the said circumstances, the learned counsel argues that the accused No.1 is on bail and there is no justification in confining the petitioner in Jail. 5.
