No.618 of 2025. 2. This case, Cr.No.426 of 2020 is registered for alleged offences under Sections 326, 341 and 506(1) of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this dedicated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303). 4. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.57 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stand disposed of. 24.10.2025 ssa Note to the Trial Court: This order is digitally signed and communicated electronically alone.
