By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 21/04/2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent authority/ Under Secretary, Department of Commerce and Industries, State of Chhattisgarh whereby the representation submitted by the petitioner has been rejected pursuance to the order dated 03/02/2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.924/2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the wife of the petitioner is also a Government servant and he has requested the concerned authority for posting of husband and wife at the same place, however, the claim of the petitioner has not been considered. He submits that the State has constituted a Committee to consider the grievance of the employee of the State who are transferred on the basis of the transfer policy of the State Government. He further pleads that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the said Committee constituted by the State Government thereafter, the Committee may also be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and the transfer policy of the 3 / 3 State Government. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would not oppose the submission of the petitioner and submits that if the petitioner will approach the Committee constituted on 03/03/2025, the Committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law, within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the State, the petitioner may approach the Committee by filing a fresh representation raising his grievance, within a period of 15 days. In the event of filing of such representation, the Committee is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and the relevant policy of the State Government, within a further period of 20 days from the date of filing of such representation. 6.
