In the affidavit referred that the petitioner and the 1 compromised the matter at the instance of the elders of both families. For the reasons in the accompanying affidavit, the petition in delay of 88 days in preferring the revision is condoned. I.A.No.a of 2025 St respondent have 4. This application is filed to record the compromise effected between the petitioner and the d"' respondent. In the affidavit, it is mentioned that the petitioner, being the accused, intends to pay an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) by drawing a demand draft (DD) in favour of the 1®* respondent towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complaint. 5. A joint memo is filed with the signatures of the petitioner and the respondent, along with their respective counsels, effecting a compromise and the petitioner paying Rs. 1,00,000/-. 6. In view of the compromise arrived at in between the petitioner and the I,' 1 respondent, the revision case is disposed of as compromised by settlement out of Court,permitting the 1®‘ respondent to compound the offence Section 320 (6) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. St 1 under 7. Accordingly, the I.A.Nos.1 and 3 of 2025 are allowed, and the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised by compounding the offence. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Special Magistrate, Tanuku in C.C.No.807 of 2020, dated 25.03.2024 Criminal Appeal No.72 of 2024, dated 12.11.2024 as confirmed in by the learned IV 1/ O) 3 Dr.YLRJ Crl.R.C.No.638of 2025 Dated 25.06.2025 Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tanuku, are set aside, as a result, the petitioner is acquitted.
