Learned counsel for the respondent No.2, on advance copy, submits that the petitioner is only engaged in the Mission on contractual basis and the period of service is being extended from time to time. He further submits that the petitioner cannot claim for regularization as there is no scheme with the Mission/respondent No.2 and hence, the petitioner is not entitled for the same. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the appropriate authority by filing a representation and pursue the same. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that he may file a representation before the respondent authority and in case of filing such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance with law. 6.
