ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 87 years and without any rhyme reason, the respondent is interfering with the possession and disturbing the agricultural activities of the petitioner. Considering the submissions and after hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and also the agricultural activities of the petitioner without following the due procedure of law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. or
