Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.161 dated 31.12.2024 under Sections 333/115(2)/190/191(3) of BNS, 2023 (Section 117(1) of BNS, 2023 was added later on), registered at Police Station Shambu, Patiala, District Patiala. 2. Vide order dated 31.01.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. 4.
