No-one appears on behalf of the State. 3. This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 & 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 64(1), 64(2)(m) of B.N.S, 2023. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that this petitioner and the victim had developed friendship, thereafter they became close and the friendship was converted into an affair. It is alleged that on the pretext of marriage, they entered into physical relationship but later on in February, 2025, this petitioner refused to marry her. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of record, I find that the victim is aged about 25 years and the petitioner is aged about 30 years and their relationship developed in 2021. 6. Considering the age of the parties and the long- standing relation of five years, I am inclined to allow this application. 7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on the event of his surrender or arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of 2025:JHHC:20628 2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No.217/2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and he should be a resident of State of Jharkhand, having sufficient landed property in his name or in the name of his ancestors in which they are having share and to that effect, he has to file an affidavit before the Trial Court indicating his share in the property.
