Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respodents authorities to secure the life and property of the petitioner and take necessary action. 3. Contention is that although there is no FIR etc., against the petitioner yet the respondents No.4 & 5 are harassing the petitioner. 4. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received from Police Station Sadarpur, District Sitapur dated 10.11.2025 states that (a) there is no FIR registered against the petitioner; and (b) the respondents authorities are not harassing the petitioner.
