R.E.R.A. be complied with, and the recovery certificate already issued on 01.09.2025 by the Secretary, U.P. R.E.R.A., be executed by the District Magistrate, Lucknow, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. The writ petition is disposed of.
