Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1-Contemnor files compliance affidavit dated 09.04.2026 after serving a copy thereof on learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3. On perusal of the compliance affidavit, this Court found that order dated 27.02.2026 has been annexed to such affidavit. On perusal of order dated 27.02.2026, this Court observed that the Opposite Party No.1 has already implemented the order as contended by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1- Page 2 of 2. Contemnor. 4. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the same in the event the order passed by this Court is not implemented fully by the Opposite Party No.1-Contemnor. In view of the compliance affidavit and the fact that the order has been complied with, the direction for personal appearance of the Opposite Part No.1, namely, Dr. Pravat Kumar Behera is dispensed with, who is present in court pursuant to the order passed by this Court earlier. 6.
