Mr. Mahesh Thakur, Advocate, vice Mr. Raman Sethi, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. CMP No.32030 of 2025 By way of the present application, the applicants No.2 and 3, namely Kumari Suman and Master Pramod, have prayed that the guardian appointed to look after their interest may be discharged, as they have attained majority. The applicants have also placed on record the copies of matriculation certificates as Annexures A4 and A5. Perusal of the same reveals that both the applicants have indeed attained majority. In view of the fact that the applicants have attained majority, the guardian appointed is discharged and the applicants are permitted to pursue the litigation in their own capacity. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CMP No.32029 of 2025 By way of the present application, the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 have prayed for release of the amount. Since the appeal has been withdrawn on 24.11.2025, there is no impediment to release the amount. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the amount falling to the shares of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3, along with interest accrued thereon, is ordered to be released in their favour and the same be transmitted in their bank accounts mentioned in para 3 of the application.
