Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party nos.2 to 4 is dispensed with. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Judge, Court no.2, (N.I.Act) to decide complaint case no.7721 of 2025 (Pramod Telecom Private Ltd. vs. Syska LED Lights Private Ltd.) filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 5.7.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Rishabh Raj, Vedant Bhargava Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Pramod Telecom Private Ltd. Thru. Its Director Mr. Dhruva Chandra .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Its Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And 3 Others .....Opposite Party(s) to adhere to the provisions of Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act and shall act accordingly and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the court concerned. 5.
