Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 6789/2025 Navratan Verma @ Gandhi S/o Shri Jagdish Verma, Aged About 24 Years, R/o House No. B-115 Jhulelal Wali Gali, Murlipura Scheme, Police Station Murlipura, Jaipur At Present R/o Sarna Mod, Karni Path Colony, Police Station Harmada, Jaipur (At Present Confined In Centre Jail Jaipur). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Vinod Kumar Sharma, Adv. For Respondent(s) : Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, GA-cum-AAG Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP Mr. Rajesh Chaudhary, GA-cum-AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA (V. J.) Order 18/06/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.188/2025 registered at Police Station Vidyadharnagar, District Jaipur City (North) for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody since 21.04.2025; after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed and the trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, further custody of the petitioner [2025:RJ-JP:23337] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6789/2025] would not serve any fruitful purpose, so, petitioner be released on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.04.2025; after completion of investigation charge-sheet has been filed; trial of the case may take considerable time, thus, without commenting any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to allow this bail application. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Navratan Verma @ Gandhi S/o Shri Jagdish Verma shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
