None appears on behalf of the applicants to press this application even in the revised list whereas learned AGA is present on behalf of State- respondent. Learned counsel for the private opposite parties is also not present. This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 9.5.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 6510 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No. 3339 of 2014 under Seections 323, 504, 506, 392 IPC, P.S. Kotwali City, District Hardoi. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that by a detailed order dated 31.5.2019, this Court stayed the proceedings of the above mentioned complaint case. Since then, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application. Moreover, applicant is enjoying stay order since 2019 and the entire trial proceedings have been kept in abeyance. In view of above, it appears that applicant is not willing to press the present application. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.
