This petition under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.PC is filed with a prayer to relax condition no.(e) imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11267/2024 disposed of on 19.12.2024. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a businessman and his parents are staying at Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh State. Therefore, he is required to travel outside Bengaluru every now and then. Condition no.(e) has been causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, he prays to relax the said condition. 4. Learned Spl. SPP does not seriously oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of both sides and since petitioner has complied with all the other conditions imposed by this Court till date, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner in this petition needs to be granted.
