1. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.

This petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking appropriate writ or direction to the respondent authorities for immediate disbursement of petitioner’s retiral dues including arrears of salary, GPF, pension fixation, leave encashment and for extending all other service benefits for which the petitioner is entitled, if not being terminated.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a Bull Attendant (Saand Paricharak) at the Artificial Insemination Sub-Centre, Ketka, District Surajpur (C.G.). Because of the false charges levelled against him, he was prosecuted under provision of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. In pursuance of that he was tried in Special Criminal Case No.01/2015 and he was convicted by the Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Surajpur vide judgment dated
3 13.09.2017 (Annexure P/1). Subsequently, in Criminal Appeal No. 1511/2017, the petitioner has been acquitted of all the charges by this High Court vide common judgment dated 08.05.2024 (Annexure P/3).
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid conviction made by the Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Surajpur, the petitioner was terminated vide order dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure P/2) and after getting acquittal of all the charges by the High Court, petitioner has filed representation on 24.05.2024 before the Collector, District Surajpur for getting all his retiral dues. He has also filed representation dated 17.04.2025, before the Dy. Director, Veterinary Hospital, Surajpur, District Surajpur (Annexure P/4). for getting all his retiral dues and other benefits, but the same has not been decided yet. At this juncture, the petitioner is ready to file a fresh representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances, therefore, he prays that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent Nos. 1 & 3 to consider and decide his representation within a stipulated period.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in case, the petitioner files a fresh representation before the concerned authorities, then it shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
5. Having considered the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the case, this petition
4 is disposed of at this stage, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondents No.1 & 3 within a period of 30 days from today raising his grievances, as raised in this petition alongwith all necessary documents, subsequently, respondents No.1 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of 90 days from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner, alongwith copy of this order.
