Heard Mr. Narendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vikas Chandra, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Kaushalendra Tewari, learned counsel for the respondents. Instant petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i) To command the opposite parties to decide the representation of the Petitioner and grant all service benefits of the regular employee w.e.f. 1988 instead of 30.06.2023 by the issue of writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within fifteen days and direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within fifteen days and in case such representation is moved, the respondent no.2/Managing Director, U.P. Food & Essential Commodities Corporation, 17, Gokhley Marg, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law and with speaking and reasoned order, within further period of six weeks.
