Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following reliefs(s):- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Commissioner, Food and Civil Supply, Lucknow to consider the claim of petitioner and pass appropriate order for grant of ad-hoc promotion of petitioner on the post of Supply Inspector; ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for grant of promotion to the post of Supply Inspector in the light of Government Order dated 28.05.1997 within period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same, in light of Government Order dated 28.05.1997, in case same is applicable, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
