Today also when the case was taken up in the first round, none appears on behalf of the appellant and even in the second round also, none appears on behalf of the appellant. 5. The appeal is of the year 2006. It appears that the appellant has lost its interest in pursuing the case. 6. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
