Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application dated 29.12.2024, which is taken on record. 2. Sri R.K.Ojha, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suspended vide suspension order dated 23.06.2023 and the same has been approved by the order of the Vice Chancellor dated 24.08.2023. It is also apprised to the Court that the petitioner has resigned from the post of Principal on 15.08.2024 which has been accepted in the meeting dated 18.08.2024 and he was relieved by withdrawing the suspension order, vide order dated 19.08.2024. He submitted that the instant petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have not contradicted the facts as stated by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents, Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and Ms. Divya Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and perused the contents made in the application and the documents on record. 5. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and no objection made on behalf of learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, I am inclined to allow the prayer made by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.
