Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA for the State. 2. In view of proposed order, notice to opposite party nos. 4 to 7 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following main prayer: "a. a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the Opposite Parties No. 1 to 3 to ensure fair and proper investigation into the matter in pursuance to the First Information Report lodged at FIR/Case Crime No.0074/2025, Under Sections 85 and 103(1) BNS, Police Station Baghauli, District Hardoi on 08.04.2025." 4. Learned AGA for the State, on the basis of written instructions, informs that the investigation is going on properly, 29 parchas have been prepared and credible evidence/materials are being collected. 5. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and submission of learned counsel for the parties, if after lodging of an FIR on 08.04.2025, 29 parchas have been prepared and the credible evidence/materials are being collected then there no use to keep the petition pending any longer.
