Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to vacate the Awas No.21/113, Rajya Sampati Colony, Sector-21, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, in compliance of order dated 4.8.2025 passed by the Prescribed Authority, Estate Department, Uttar Pradesh and order dated 28.10.2019, passed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to ensure handed over the possession of Awas No.21/113, Rajya Sampati Colony, Sector-21, Indira Nagar, Lucknow in favour of petitioner, as same has been allotted in favour of petitioner." The petition by its very nature appears to have been filed for execution of the order passed by the authority concerned. There is no averment in the writ petition as to whether any appeal has been filed against the order execution of which has been sought. In such circumstances, no appropriate direction can be issued in this petition.
